Last 2 purchases were major disappointments. 1- the chocolate green mint cookies must have been yesterday's left overs because they were hard. Had difficulty cutting them with a knife and of course no one would eat them. 3 cookies in the trash. Sad. 2- next day I went to buy more of the semi sweet dark chocolate cookies because they went like hot cakes, they were NOT salted (as I expected). Love Crumbl! Flavors are fantastic every week and the staff is always so kind and helpful! I have a cookie subscription with them weekly and for some reason it said I had picked heup my cookies this week before I actually did. Staff was awesome in resolving the issue and helping me get my cookies! Here there are! 🤤

The cookies here are fine. Depending on your tastes, some flavors may be hit or miss; the French silk pie cookie was delectable, but the cookie butter lava was only so-so. The cookies are also huge. This place is more of a once in a while go to. I would recommend it, but it wouldn't be my first place to go if I wanted a cookie.

I love this place it smells good, the cookies are bomb. I like the weekly changes I’ve always liked at least one. Seems they always keep the chocolate chip every week. So that’s also a plus for people I know. This place as just opened near me at the time of this post and I can’t say one bad thing about it there’s only 3 in Tucson so having one near me is wonderful!

Crumbl cookies are big and taste amazing. Each week they come out with new flavors. They're nice and soft. Some of them are cold and others served warm. If you are from Tucson and haven't had a Crumbl Cookie You're totally missing out by far the greatest cookie I've ever had. I'm totaly obsessed with this week new Flavor brownie batter.
