My kids beg to come here, but I’m not a fan. The cookies are so overly sweet, they are not to my taste at all. It’s annoying that they only sell the massive size and not the smaller cookie size (for catering orders only) when the smaller ones are displayed at the counter. They also don’t provide napkins which just seems like a crazy oversight for a cookie shop with notoriously messy cookies. The staff is always nice, but this corporation is just not for me.

Crumbl cookies are SO overrated and overpriced. All I taste is sugar, without flavor. If there was an award for the most sickenly sweet cookie, this would win. They're gimmicky at best: the voodoo donuts of cookies. I've tried them several times & locations, and they have always sucked. Save your money, and buy the boxed cookies at the grocery store: they're better, & more affordable. I will not make this mistake again.

I went on a Saturday night and there was only one girl working. She was very nice and got our cookies right away. The reason for the two stars is because the store was very dirty. Floors, counters etc. With only one person working I'm sure that's why!

We not a big ‘sweets’ family, but our kids sure do love when when do go out for treats. It’s nice to have a different option around than going out for ice cream. My kids were super excited to try the new cookie shop. I have had opportunities to try Crumbl before, but this was my first time going in to purchase myself. Everyone in the shop was welcoming and friendly. I noticed the self-serve area after we had already ordered at the counter, but will definitely keep that option in mind for the future.
