Great location, nice apartments, friendly staff... however as far as the community, its turned pretty bad. This past year has gone downhill from being desirable, quiet, and family friendly. Loud parties are being held with occasional and random fights any night of the week, mostly weekends. Suspicious activity and people are quite constant, esp of gangster wannabes and vehicle vandalism. The price to live here is not justifiable with the lack of some type of authority or patrol. A bit pricy but the manager is very nice and efficient. Maintenance is prompt. The neighbors and neighborhood is quiet and its in the middle of everything one needs!
