This is an amazing place. It has personally forever changed the trajectory of my life in the best way. From the therapists and the group facilitators to the nurses and the BHTs, the people here are wonderful, A great atmosphere for recovery. Also the LIV program here is second to none! Doing hard shit and doing fun shit really helps people to find that we can have fun without substances. Truly forever grateful for this place and would recommend it to anybody looking to find a new way of life!
I decided to come to Crystal Lake for follow up treatment solely based on my experience at Singer Island and I couldn’t feel more blessed to have done so! The staff here from techs, to the nurse , to facilitators, to clinical directors, to therapists , to the LIV coordinators are so much more than I could have ever hoped for! I began my recovery journey at Dignity Healing. I had the opportunity to continue to the step down program at Crystal Lakes Healing, and I am so glad I took that opportunity! Lackluster treatment and horrifying follow up. I have a very time sensitive matter on my hand as an alumni I need Crystal Lakes help with - and have been promised follow up multiple times with nothing. Come to think of it - the alumni team has checked up on me once since treatment. In two years!!!! During my time there I listened to multiple staff members want to quit because of poor management. Crystal lake was an unbelievable experience. An experience I never thought I’d get a chance to have. I am very great full for this place and the time I spent there. The staff are very professional making it welcoming, comfortable and fun! Who knew it could be fun? Going into this I didn’t know what to expect but am glad I made the choice to get help there.
