Crystal pools is reputable and professional. It is challenging to find reputable pool companies. Whilst it takes time to build a concrete pool, Crystals gets it done the right way. Crystal pools were a great company to deal with. All the trades were experienced & professional. The pool turned out perfect with no dramas, delays or hiccups on the way. My sister had a disaster with her pool company, so did a friend of mine. You won’t have an issue with crystal pools, they have way to much experience. Justin simpson.

Recently our pol was finished, in general construct went well, our site supervisor Jess was great, we had a few little concerns with trades (poor interpersonal comms and a bit messy) and any time there was an issue he sorted it out straight away. The office staff were very helpful if we needed help and paperwork always processed quickly. Overall, from start to finish we are very happy with Crystal pools.
