RecommendedI have dreamed of having a pool in my own backyard for years and Crystal Pools just made it a reality! When we were in escrow on our house in July, they came out on a weekend so we could make sure a pool would work well at the house we were buying. There were several pool companies who wouldn’t even return my call. Mario Sr and Mario Jr proved to be very trustworthy and produced quality work. There’s a reason why after 40 + years the BBB has nothing negative about this company. We can’t wait to use our pool next summer.

RecommendedThey finally returned my call after my husband and I had both left messages and when Mario called he told me he could send me pictures and sizes but couldn’t come out for an estimate because he was too busy. Before I could even answer if I wanted pictures and emails sent he told me he had 7 pools ahead of me. I understand being busy but I felt as if my business wasn’t important. Very unprofessional!
