I have been going Mountain View Medical Group before they were Optum. Since the merger I can't get in to see my doctor, make same day appointments and get quality care. I took a survey and Optum has not responded. Probably threw my survey away since it was full of negative comments. Obviously, they really don't care how they're doing if they won't get back with me.
Dr Rao is a pill pusher! She spent the meet 'n greet trying to scare me into taking high blood pressure meds...I don't have high blood pressure. Then "IF" my cholesterol test comes back high meds for that! I told her I'm a runner. I love salt and I have NO medical issues. She insisted I was OLD, my arteries were hardening, my lips were thin....ick....she just insulted me over and over again. VERY RUDE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
