Scott the serviceman was on time, polite, knowledgable and completely thourogh. My only regret is I didn't use Cubby years ago. Truly Cubby is a company that puts its customers first

Bob is an excellent technician as well as a well liked man. He was extremely polite, did his work on our burner. He was so sorry he didn't have the right rod for our water heater.
