We recently had Ruth from Cubitt & West come to value our home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment she arrived, she was so warm, friendly, and genuine that she immediately put us at ease. Taking her time getting to know us and our home, was incredibly complimentary, and talked us through all of our options without any pressure. Ruth made what we thought might be a stressful appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. She was patient, professional, and happy to answer every question we had, makin... read more
We are relocating to this area and Barrie Wright from the Bognor office was AMAZING! He completely took us under his wing and took us on a mystery tour of the area and spent over three hours with us showing us all sorts of different and interesting properties. He was so friendly, so knowledgeable and was upfront and honest. He knew all the vendors names and situations and he’s clearly loved by everyone who meets him. We so appreciated his time and care and knowledge. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Barrie :)
Ruth from bognor came to see my bungalow she was extremely knowledgeable about the local area. She was very honest about today's market and didn't try to force anything. It was a refreshing change to meet such a positive young lady even though today's market is tough. Would totally recommend Ruth Cubbitt and West Bognor
Ffion showed us around a property but having explained our situation to her we decided to not pursue matters further. We found Ffion was incredibly sympathetic to our situation, so much so that she offered us very useful advice and support. In our experience she ranks among the top most professional estate agents we've encountered. In our opinion she is an exemplary asset to your company.
Ffion at Cubitt and west has been great with helping us as first time buyers, she has answered any questions we’ve had promptly. She’s very approachable and knowledgeable about her job. Thanks Ffion for making it a great experience so far.
