Abbie and Katie were both so helpful and communicative during the whole letting process. They were both so quick to respond to my many questions and kept me up to date throughout. After many setbacks with my property, they were both so understanding and helpful with navigating through the issues. I am so grateful for their help and I highly recommend their services!
Massive shout out to these guys, specifically Charlotte and Ffion. I’m a first time buyer, and they were super approachable, very friendly and Ffion was so good, that she even personally altered her schedule to fit in a viewing for me when timings went haywire. I cannot recommend them enough!

An appalling experience with Cubitt & West Chichester. Our property was marketed with an incorrect description, communication was poor, and we had very few viewings over seven months. On one occasion, the wrong key was taken to a viewing by the estate agent, meaning a buyer couldn’t access the property and we potentially lost a sale. Most seriously, Cubitt & West lost our keys.
