I have received a first class service from Katie at Cubitt & West in Emsworth. Nothing was too much trouble and Katie kept in contact with me throughout the entire sale journey right up to completion. Katie went over and above a 'normal' service and even kept in touch with me outside business hours to reassure me through what was a very stressful conveyancing process with complications. I can highly recommend Katie, she was pro-active in sorting out issues with solicitors and tenacious in her approach.
I have purchased my house recently through Cubitt & West and I cannot be more satisfied with the service I have received. James and the team were very communicative, knowledgeable about the properties and accomodating. Once I picked the house, I was assigned with Julie who was looking after the purchase for us and she was absolutely amazing chasing everything on all sides of the chain and giving us regular updates.
