We used Cubitt & West to let out our flat for the first time. All staff really helpful, but a mention in particular to our main point of contact Emily Jones. Really professional and super responsive to all email enquiries. Organised all visits to get required certificates within a week. Big thanks.

Cubitt & West done a great job selling our flat. Our Estate Agent was Elliot Campbell. Elliot was super helpful throughout the whole procedure. He updated us promptly after every viewing and was clear and honest throughout the whole process. A massive thanks to Elliot at the Havant branch for all his help in selling the property. Elliot was fantastic with his efforts in finding a buyer and swiftly set about doing so, coming up trumps very quickly and at the price I was asking.
