I am so delighted and overwhelmed with the service with regards to letting our property through Cubitt and West. My wife and I had literally arrived at our wits end with another estate agency who were unable to source tenants over a 3 month period without referencing issues and just generally more interested in organising fun runs for staff. I'm posting this review to thank Summer, who works as a sales advisor at Cubit and West in Horsham. Summer is a fantastic sales advisor because of her enthusiasm and communication skills. Summer kept in regular touch via phone calls, emails and texts, telling me about new properties coming onto the market throughout the 8 weeks when I was searching for a property.
We have had a great experience selling our flat with Cubitt & West. Throughout the entire process, they were professional and kept us updated. We really appreciate the concept of "even no news is news", as we were never left in the dark while we waited for viewings to come in. Ultimately, C&W did find a buyer and we have had a smooth process up until completion with them. A big thank you especially to Rebecca and Lisa for their involvement. If we need to buy or sell again, we will certainly be considering C&W again!
