I had a great experience with Cubitt & West Horsham, particularly with Ethan Palmer, who helped me secure my new rental property. From start to finish, Ethan's communication was excellent. He kept me updated throughout the process, was always clear about timelines and next steps, and made sure I knew what was happening at every stage. The whole process was quick, straightforward, and much easier than I expected. Ethan and the team were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend Cubitt... read more
Me and my partner were in the process of looking for a new rental and I had the pleasure of speaking with Annabelle Williams who handled everything from the beginning. Annabelle answered every question I had along the process and helped with a few worries I had during the reference checks. She was very forthcoming and honest about everything and handled everything in a very quick time. So far Cubitt & West have been great and I look forward to my future tenancy with them.
We had our new tenancy handled by Annabelle Williams at this agency who was absolutely amazing at securing us our dream rental. We were constantly kept informed at the very first opportunity of any updates and everything was handled with such a warm and caring approach. In the times Annabelle was out of the office the other staff at the agency also were super helpful! Couldn't recommend the experience enough
Annabelle at Cubitt & West was amazing throughout our move into our apartment.
