Having been with another local agent for over 5 months, who did not come up with there expectations. Fantastic service throughout the sale of my property. Good communication skill and extremely efficient. I had a buyer within two weeks of asking them to sell my home. Previously my property was with another estate agent who didn’t come up with my expectations after being with them for 6/12.
We had an amazing experience with Cubitt and West. Chris Bignell got our house up on the market really quickly and arranged plenty of viewings at a time when the market is usually slow. He was incredibly communicative and friendly through the whole process.
