If I could give 6 stars for Cubitt and West, I would. From the start to my very recent successful sale I have received first rate service and communications from everyone in the Patcham office. Eloise is so talented, really friendly and goes the extra mile to make you feel like you are the only client she is dealing with. Eloise has made what is a stressful situation much easier. I can’t recommend C&W highly enough. It was a pleasure to deal with Eloise, Zak and Alice (and thanks to those behind the scenes who I didn’t meet). From the outset they all went above and beyond to get viewings and to get the property sold. They were always available, very friendly, very professional and I really am very grateful to have chosen them to market the property. They did a fantastic job getting the sale through before the stamp duty rise which was much appreciated.

We’re in the process of purchasing a property with Cubitt & West and they’ve been amazing so far! A special shout out to Zak Coombs, our estate agent, who has been nothing but helpful, professional and accommodating. We’re relocating and not being local makes a house search so much more complicated but Zak has been very flexible and understanding, he gave great advice on closing the deal and has always been available to talk. Can highly recommend Zak and his team.

It was a pleasure working with Cubitt & West in Patcham. From the start of the process speaking with Zak he was very helpful with arranging viewings and providing any information needed on the properties. Zak and Elosie were super helpful with my offer and managed to get this sale through in a quick time frame. Alcie was also great with helping with the sales process with any questions I had. I would highly recommend this team in Patcham for buying or Selling.
