Blaiz was accommodating and professional with a personal touch too when I needed to visit with tradesmen. Our move was 8 weeks start to finish and went so smoothly. We were kept informed every step of the way as to progress by both Blaiz and Garry. All in all a stress free experience and I would recommend Cubitts Peacehaven.

Although I had a very protracted experience this was due mainly to the vendor. Both Shirley and Garry were very informative and ‘hands on’ steering the process. I would definitely recommend this team and use them in the future. I would not, however use JS Law for conveyancing . Communication was appalling !!

Had a viewing on Wednesday with Cubitt & West at a lovely house but unfortunately it wasn’t for us, however Blaiz Hardy the agent showing us around blew us away with how knowledgeable he was about the area and about the house and how he was patient with us as we had to bring our 2 year old with us. Really nice guy and if we book more viewings I would 100% ask for him.
