All the staff at C&W Peacehaven, David, Shirley, Garry and Blaiz, were all very friendly, professional and helpful. We always felt that they were acting very much on our behalf, and answered all queries quickly and efficiently. They have sold two properties for us now, and we would definitely return to them if we had to sell again. They are the most efficent estate agents in the area.

Our purchase of a small flat took several months but throughout the whole period, the staff at Cubitt & West, Peacehaven, were unfailingly helpful, courteous, always pleasant and did everything in their power to help us (two aged and often bemused clients). I had such a great experience buying my first home with this estate agency. The team were so friendly, patient, and always happy to answer my questions. In particular, Blaiz kept me updated every step of the way and made everything feel a lot less overwhelming. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase property!
