Blaiz was accommodating and professional with a personal touch too when I needed to visit with tradesmen. Our move was 8 weeks start to finish and went so smoothly. We were kept informed every step of the way as to progress by both Blaiz and Garry. All in all a stress free experience and I would recommend Cubitts Peacehaven.

I am moving from out of area and found a house I loved. I immediately called Cubitt and West and spoke to Shirley. She was amazing and so accommodating, fitting in a viewing as soon as possible. We had a further two viewings and each time Shirley was patient and was able to answer all of our questions and if there was any doubt over an answer she checked with the vendors and got back to us immediately. Although I had a very protracted experience this was due mainly to the vendor. Both Shirley and Garry were very informative and ‘hands on’ steering the process. I would definitely recommend this team and use them in the future. I would not, however use JS Law for conveyancing . Communication was appalling !!
