We had a tough 11 month process trying to move and dealt with many agents. C&W Peacehaven were head and shoulders the most professional, helpful and understanding agent. Blaiz, Shirley and in particular Gary were all outstanding and above all honest. Pleasure to deal with and would definitely recommend.
I was moving from Brighton to Newhaven and the process was complicated, owing to hiccups along the chain which were out of our control. I would like to thank Shirley, David, Blaiz and team at C&W Peacehaven for all their help and professionalism in selling my mother's retirement property. This was a difficult sale in a niche market, but I always felt that they were trying their best for me. In the end the sale price was higher than I was expecting, which is a great help with my mother's care home fees. Thanks again to all.
Blaiz was absolutely amazing with the house buying process, he was patient and understanding when it came to sending over details as we were first time buyers. He made sure the process was smooth and always offered help. Garry the sales progressor was also amazing with keeping us up to date and informed.
This team of people - David the Manager, Shirley, Blaize,Ben & Gary have been absolutely fantastic in securing a buyer, navigating the sale and finalising the final sale.
