Our purchase of a small flat took several months but throughout the whole period, the staff at Cubitt & West, Peacehaven, were unfailingly helpful, courteous, always pleasant and did everything in their power to help us (two aged and often bemused clients). Blaiz was accommodating and professional with a personal touch too when I needed to visit with tradesmen. Our move was 8 weeks start to finish and went so smoothly. We were kept informed every step of the way as to progress by both Blaiz and Garry. All in all a stress free experience and I would recommend Cubitts Peacehaven.
I am moving from out of area and found a house I loved. I immediately called Cubitt and West and spoke to Shirley. She was amazing and so accommodating, fitting in a viewing as soon as possible. We had a further two viewings and each time Shirley was patient and was able to answer all of our questions and if there was any doubt over an answer she checked with the vendors and got back to us immediately. Had a viewing on Wednesday with Cubitt & West at a lovely house but unfortunately it wasn’t for us, however Blaiz Hardy the agent showing us around blew us away with how knowledgeable he was about the area and about the house and how he was patient with us as we had to bring our 2 year old with us. Really nice guy and if we book more viewings I would 100% ask for him.
My sister and I very recently sold our mum & dad's property and from the moment Dave walked through the door we knew we were in very safe hands.
