Blaiz was accommodating and professional with a personal touch too when I needed to visit with tradesmen. Our move was 8 weeks start to finish and went so smoothly. We were kept informed every step of the way as to progress by both Blaiz and Garry. All in all a stress free experience and I would recommend Cubitts Peacehaven.
I am moving from out of area and found a house I loved. I immediately called Cubitt and West and spoke to Shirley. She was amazing and so accommodating, fitting in a viewing as soon as possible. Had a viewing on Wednesday with Cubitt & West at a lovely house but unfortunately it wasn’t for us, however Blaiz Hardy the agent showing us around blew us away with how knowledgeable he was about the area and about the house and how he was patient with us as we had to bring our 2 year old with us. Really nice guy and if we book more viewings I would 100% ask for him.
I would like to thank the staff at the Peacehaven branch for their much needed help with the buying process, Blaze, Shirley and Garry were very helpful and patient with my (88 & 92 year old )parents who came back from the states to live, My mother was very confused by all the complicated & techie stuff the solicitors gave her to do and with out the help of these three members of your staff I don't think we would have got through the process of buying their flat,
