We met Summer when she showed us a property, which we eventually bought, and she was absolutely brilliant and helpful. She was pleasant and kind enough to accommodate our questions and concerns about the property. She even helped us after we have purchased the house when we had a concern about the parking in the property. It was nice to meet and have worked with her, we are very pleased.
My whole experience with Cubitt & West has been outstanding. Summer Groves, in particular, was extremely supportive and insightful during property viewings. A superlative estate agent.
As an agent myself; our experience of hunting for our first home contained a mixed bag of encounters with other agents; however i have to say Summer at Cubit and West Redhill office stood head and shoulders above the rest. She was responsive, proactive, and really helpful, can't thank her enough.
From the very first contact with Summer at the Redhill branch I have been really impressed with her energy and focus. She has answered my multiple questions and followed up on any of my concerns really quickly. I'm am still early stages in my purchase process but have been really blown away by the responsiveness.
With my flat having previously been on the market with a different Estate Agent under quite challenging conditions for prospective buyers, Jayde, Summer and the remainder of the team at Cubitt and West stepped in and organized the whole process really well to bring in the right type of buyer for the right price. I can now look forward to completing on the sale.
