Having lived in 5 different countries and having bought 3 homes , I am not unfamiliar with the process, the selective pitfalls of different countries rules, idiosyncrasies and peccadilloes with regard to real estate. I wish to place on record the excellent and professional way that all the staff at Cubitt & West in the Rustington Branch in West Sussex handled the sale of my property I was handicapped by the fact that my printer had broken and that since I last sold a property every minute detail was on line and to a novice in computing terms this was very difficult for me. For some reason I had a good feeling about Cubitt and West Rustington and after speaking to Leanne, she and the team swung into action and we were live within days. The first offer came in a week later which I accepted. They have kept me in the loop every step of the way. I made a good choice! Thank you Leanne, Kate and everyone else at Rustington.
