Dan and his team are all excellent! Richard, prior to Dan’s arrival, set things up ready for when we sold and this is now paying dividends. Dan, since arriving has been very proactive and realistic about managing our expectations and we agreed a strategy that has led to our sale. The team at the branch made my purchase so much smoother and easier to deal with. I was a first time buyer and therefore had lots of questions. They were always incredibly accommodating and so kind and friendly. A special mention to Jemma-Louise who showed me such kindness and helpfulness during a particularly stressful period. By all means, do view your desired property with Cubitt and West. They have some nice, helpful, people working with them who were extremely accommodating. Sadly, our experience was ruined by the sale process, where their recommended conveyancer (DC Law), with whom they claimed to have a very close business relationship, turned out to be totally incompetent and irresponsible.
