What an amazing experience ! From viewings with Rose who explained what to do next and Jemma who was lovely to chat to and was lovely with our little one, to chatting through logistics with and the process with Chris and Richard for his guidance and support through everything , the team have been amazing at just making this a smooth and such a positive experience and we could not be happier !! We will definitely back in the future if we decide to move again :)
Disappointed with the service offered. An inflated valuation might be explained by the commission being based on original asking price not price achieved! After going to some lengths to explain I wanted a true valuation for a reasonably speedy sale and putting my house on 5% lower than the valuation it still did not get one viewing.
