Disappointed with the service offered. An inflated valuation might be explained by the commission being based on original asking price not price achieved! After going to some lengths to explain I wanted a true valuation for a reasonably speedy sale and putting my house on 5% lower than the valuation it still did not get one viewing. Myself and partner were looking to buy our first home. Throughout the process, Fred was quick to get into contact with us and set up a viewing. Within an hour of leaving the property, we had put forward our offer and had it accepted. Fred had been most informative and friendly when viewing the property, removing all pressure allowing us to feel comfortable throughout. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Fred was great showing us round the property with great communication before and after. The sales progress updates were also good, keeping me up to date through the process without having to call or email to ask. Fred also was able to solve a small issue with communication between other parties in order to get the keys sorted on completion day. Very friendly team all round.
