Although we have taken our house off the market for personal reasons it is important to note that we have found the services offered by Cubitt and West Waterlooville have been exemplary and are highly recommended. The photography of our property was excellent. The care, advise, and interest in marketing from Elliot Campbell, office manager, is most professional. Should our future circumstances change we will undoubtedly return to the services offered by the Waterlooville Cubitt and West.
I would like to say a huge thank you to Julie Bramble at cubitt and west for her help with the sale of our property. But also her investment in us and her regard for the issues we had with our forward purchase. She went over and above and showed a genuine interest in how things were moving forward for us. She has put our other estate agent to shame and I think her role is valuable in this business!
We placed are house for sale with Elliot at Cubitt and west. He came to see us and explained everything clearly to my mum - whose property was for sale. We had been with another estate agents for 8 months and not sold. The first day that our home was marketed by Elliot it sold! Him and his team have been consistently helpful and kept us up to date. I would recommend Elliot and his team as a reliable, safe company to sell you home with.
Terrible company! Would not recommend unless you want to keep reducing your price every 4 weeks because they’re too lazy to be pro active! Went with another agent as soon as I could and had immediate interest in my property! I’d recommend pearsons if you want professional service! C&w is run by children pretending to be adults, shocking!
The Waterlooville branch have been nothing short of exceptional over these last months. A very professional and caring young man named Elliot made this experience considerably easier for me and my partner. He was quick with communicating with us and with vendors.
