We bought our house in Woodingdean, with Cubitt and West at the helm of the purchase in October 24. The team were responsive and helpful- John O'neil, Lisa Mears, Gary Wheeler, Sarah and Barbara, gave us the right advice about the area, good advice when negotiating the price and helped us manage an additional hiccup with the boiler. If you're selling/buying in the area, it's definitely worth having a chat with the team.
We recently purchased our first home through Cubitt and West, and as first-time buyers, we felt well-informed and supported throughout the process.
