Cubitt & West were extremely professional when selling my parents' bungalow. This was an executor's sale and C&W valued the bungalow higher than another local agent and as such, we achieved a higher offer. It has been a difficult time and it is somewhat hard to let go, but they all helped make the situation stress free as they found a buyer quickly, kept us informed at every stage and were always there with any queries.
