Service is incredible! We had an issue with getting our blinds to work. We were aware that the company had shutdown for the Christmas break so messaged the salesman that we had dealt with when we got them installed (from a couple of years back) on a Saturday afternoon at 5pm and he called within five minutes and talked us through doing a factory reset - incredible service - thanks Jonno!

Every step of the process with Cullens Blinds was professional, friendly and a great experience. I can't recommend them highly enough. Got our crimsafe installed by Cullens Blinds about 7 month ago. Noticed a minor issue with one of the windows so we reached out for help. Had Dave out yesterday, fixed the issue in 2 minutes. So efficient and friendly even when you call out for warranty work. Amazing customer service. The original quote for the crimsafe was over 20% cheaper compared to to others around as well. Thank you guys!!!
