Worked with John. Fast service due to appointment later in the day. My car was ready within 2 hours for an oil/filter change and check up. Got the checkup video the next day, and appreciated seeing the video.

Dan Berning made the buying experience a positive experience. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful and patient through the entire process. His overall attitude was very helpful. Roman in the Finance Department was also very professional and good to work with. I highly recommend Mazda of Culver City and particularly Dan highly if you want to have a good experience buying/leasing a Mazda!.

Great service and great interaction with Ratha! I'd previously had Amy Felix (who was amazing!) as my service advisor, and learning that she no longer is with Culver City Mazda, I was very happy with meeting Ratha, who was incredibly kind and super helpful, and look forward to building a strong service relationship with him moving forward.
