Great experience. Was able to do all negotiating via text. There was no pressure to buy. I actually was given the best deal on my lease and then Star Mazda told me they would beat it. Star Mazda then took their offer back. Culver City Mazda honored their price. When I went in to sign I was in and out in 30 minutes. The price was exactly what we negotiated and the entire experience was great. Thanks again for the great service and honest practices.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants transparency. I dropped my vehicle off at this dealership in 11/2025 for what was initially presented as a routine repair with a short turnaround. That process ultimately lasted nearly four months. Bryant, Tony, Arlene and Kervin are a great team. As my first solo car purchase it was seamless and a great experience overall. I love my new car and I would be happy to return to get future cars from them for as long as I am in the market for one ! I was convinced enough by the experience and patience they had with me test driving different trim models etc. that I didn’t even consider searching at other dealerships. I had an 8:45am appointment on 2/28/26 for diagnostics on my Mazda CX-3 because of a check engine light. I was told it would take 2 to 3 hours. After waiting three hours with no update, I went to the service desk and was told that no one had even looked at my car yet, and the technicians were about to take a one-hour lunch break.
