Not only am I impressed by the deal Arlene was able to make with us for an XC90 T8, i'm also impressed by the whole teams high level of customer service and interpersonal skills. I don't always feel comfortable when car shopping and this was such a pleasant experience, I never felt pressured at all (which I am used to feeling during car shopping).
