"Recall service and service light on" I want to thank Martin Muniz for his diligence, from initiating the service to communicating and understanding our needs to finalizing the service. we came for a recall and they also took care of another little issue at no charge. they also washed the car. all in all a pleasant experience

"Very happy with service for recall" My only complaint is that in the lounge where I waited while the service was performed there was no non-caloric sweetener with the coffee, only sugar.

"Satisfaction Guaranteed!" I leased both my Mazda's from Santa Monica Mazda and had become very comfortable visiting their dealership/service department. I knew the place well. When I was required to bring my car in for its 15,000 mile service check, Santa Monica had closed so I now needed to go to Culver City Mazda. "Very professional and great customer service" When I arrived for my appointment, I was immediately greeted and connected with a salesperson. They were able to "transfer" my lease because I needed a bigger car.

"I have been working with Martin at Volvo for many years..." I have been working with Martin at Volvo for many years now. I am always grateful to him for his help and it is lovely that he knows me and remembers me. He is always helpful and the whole team is professional and courteous.

"Good customer service" Had a very easy time dropping off the vehicle and get a Lyft ride home. Martin kept in contact with me throughout the repair process. Only thing that did not go right was that none of the methods to take credit and debit cards was working and that process took a long time. Martin had to hand enter all the information after I had done it three times on the app.

"Culver City Volvo is Excellent" The team at Culver City Volvo was the answer. They provided perfect service in a time when the other dealers could not. The services they offer was much appreciated and Employees are always great to talk with. The Valet services was a first time and couldn't be better either.
