"Maintenance service" Scheduled for oil change and 4 wheel alignment. Got it accomplished without any problem. Was informed of rear brake pads requiring replacement, but due to time constraint will return at another time for that.

"A normally stressful car buying experience was NOT stressful" I toggled between a Mazda and a Hyundai, went to both dealerships, and although I liked both cars, it was the sales and service experience I received at Mazda that sealed the deal. Marcus, my salesperson, was very knowledgeable but not pushy on my first visit, which is why I came back.
