"Volvo service in times of COVID-19" Precautions were taken by Culver City Volvo's associates from check in to Service Advisor to showroom reception. Martin took excellent care to expedite my service as I declined ride share due to the risk of exposure to COVID. Meaning I opted to "hang out" nearby until the car could be evaluated, repaired. Martin was kind and made sure to discuss all the repairs with me, including the costs. Thank you!!
