"Martin Munoz and Volvo are the best!" Although I lived closer to the Santa Monica Volvo, I always go to the Culver City Volvo because of Martin Munoz. He’s been taking care of my car since I got my first Volvo over 20 years ago. Most important I trust he will take excellent care of my car and always give me honest information. The car was ready and clean when promised. The waiting room was comfortable and had great coffee, fruit, and donuts!
" Honest and fair" I truly feel this dealership tries to do their best to take in consideration the clients needs. While going into a routine service inspection, there are always some things that might need attention. I feel this dealership is honest and discussing what is a priority that should be done immediately and what can be rectified and future. "Quick service on regular maintenance, with a smile!" I go to this dealer for my regular maintenance on my 3 year old Volvo V60. They keep it in top shape and always advise on ussues to look out for and what to expect. All without pressure to up-sell.
"1st Service Experience there..." Although it took over 30 minutes to get my car - that 10 minutes was totally off - the staff is very friendly. And, I wish they had done a more thorough examination to check my car's safety. When we drove it at night, we discovered the left headlight was totally out. Off to see if just a bulb issue. Crossing my fingers.
"Service" Brought the XC90 in for 30k service. They took care of maintenance, along with diagnosed faulty O2 sensor. Always quick, friendly service while providing courtesy vehicle. No reason to service vehicle anywhere else.
