"Hector Rocks" I would highly recommend Culver City Volvo as Hector and his co-workers rock!! I only wish that there were an option of more than five stars. The service is impeccable!!
"always exceptional & professional" Been with CC Volvo for almost 16yrs and 2yrs with CC Mazda. Guy is great! I'm a salesperson myself and I abhor dealing with salespeople.
"Good customer service and follow through" Took our XC90 in for a recall and engine service light being on. They received me promptly, had a loaner waiting for me and addressed all issues promptly and completely. Provided update as to when the vehicle would be ready and worked with me on when my car would be picked up.
"Personalized Service" Martin was professional and courteous when servicing my C70. I came in for an oil change and the service department did a diagnostic which found some other things to be fixed. Martin found most of this would be covered under warranty and initiated the warrantied service.
"welcoming to the service area" the first person that aproach us when we first arrived at the dealer to have our volvo serviced was very short and started to give us incorrect information. he made us feel like we didnt know why we had to bring our car for routine service. eventually he figured out that we had an appointment and had the technician whom we had the appointment with speak with us.
"Great Service Department" They treat you like family! Honest, reliable, on time, clear communication, and amazing courtesy. I never have to worry about my car, because I have an angel.
"Hector is the best!" I’ve been coming here for years with Hector being the main reason I come back. I live so much closer to another dealership but I’d never go there. Hector takes care of all the issues with my Volvo every time. Always gives me an accurate pick up time and helps me out with a loaner while waiting for work to be done. Very attentive and reliable. No wonder I keep coming back!
"Great place for service" I have been bringing my car here since 2012 for maintenance because service is performed quickly and correctly. I prefer original Volvo parts because they come with a warranty. I like to wait when I can at this dealership because of the excellent hospitality, and free WiFi in the Scandinavian lounge allows me to get work done while I wait.
"Great Car Buying Experience" Tony and Richard, at Culver City Mazda, were great to work with. I had been to another dealership to look at the CX-5. They wouldn't work with me on pricing. I went onto Edmunds and got a definitive price from Tony. He had the exact car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. We went in the next day and had our new Mazda within an hour! Wow! Highly recommend!
