Damian was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done, what can wait until I have the funds, but most importantly, he didn't make me feel less of a person just because I'm not a man or a mechanic. "Excellent" Hector always takes good care of me. He provides a loaner, keeps me abreast of the details of the service and is willing to help me out with pricing. Responds quickly to voicemails when not available to answer my call personally.
"Great, fast service" car wast quickly taken in right at my appointment time, then they promptly ordered me a lyft to get to my office. Maintenance was done within a few hours and they sent a lyft back. It was easy and everyone was very friendly and helpful
"Great service from Damian!" I visited Volvo recently to have a small part replaced. Damian was great. He put me in a car for the day and fixed my car in a timely manner. He was also a great communicator!
2nd time leasing a vehicle from them and the entire experience was fantastic! Tony, Rose, and Julio were very professional and friendly and I was able to get into a new XC60 for just a bit more than my old lease. I took advantage of the lease return special which was very timely as I was coming close to the mileage limit with many months still on the original lease. I love the new car and will refer my friends and family to Culver City!
