The entire team from the Customer Service Manager to the Service Execs, the experience was amazing. Felt well taken care of from top to bottom. Was a stressful day, and i dropped off my vehicle for a minor repair before a doctors appt. I called and Flo was such a great listener and helped me coordinate my plan to get to and from the doctor with courtesy transportation, because it was nearby. The service was excellent, on time, and everything was done right the first time. I was a few minutes late picking up my car and My service advisor even waited for me.
I have to say everyone was friendly & reliable. My Service Advisor was friendly and reliable. service department was very friendly and accomodating. they went out of their way to help me and to deliver vehicle within promised time. they also washed my car and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.
Tony was very responsive and helpful with purchase inqueries and simplified the process doing a lot of it online. Hector provided a pleasant and smooth servicing experience.
