In all my years of dealing with automotive service, I've never met anyone as helpful and knowledgable as Martin Munoz. He's a true gem. Even though Culver City Volvo is further away from my home than another dealership, I always make the trip here because the excellent service from Martin and the whole team is excellent.

Everything you want in a 10,000 mile check in when you have a crazy, busy life. Another reason I love CC Volvo - their people.,
Made an appointment for 1 year service. Martin took care of my car and went over the issues. He also pointed out the my gear shift plastic cover was starting to crack and said they would replace it. I did not notice this but welcomed the replacement. They were very thorough and even offered to wash my car when I picked it up the following day but I said no since we had slight rainfall.
I rarely have to bring my Volvo in for service but when I do, it's taken care of quickly and I rarely pay much.
I drive in from my new home in the desert to get the work on my car done here. Well, that should say it all...!
I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new dealership to take my Volvo to for maintenance. I had heard great things about Culver CIty Volvo and it certainly lived up to the reviews. I had originally set up an appointment but when I showed up it wasn't in their records - but since I brought my car in at 8 am they were able to fit me in no problem. The Customer Service at Volvo Culver City remains consistently outstanding and is one of the reasons I continue to lease a Volvo and have for so many years. Martin Munoz, the Service Manager, is particularly outstanding. He was the Service Manager in Santa Monica and I followed him when he moved to the Culver City dealership because he is that good! Customer Service is a lost art that he and his team have perfected and continue to maintain!
Great service and experience from appointment scheduling to drop off and pickup of my car. I will use this use and recommend this dealer in the future
