Hector is the go-to guy in the Volvo service department at Culver City Volvo. He is very kind, polite and courteous, extremely professional, and always helpful. He always keeps you updated on what is happening with your car.

I've been a Culver city customer since 2007, they've always provide excellent customer service experience, from the service dept, and sales, Tony my sales representative, made me a incredible deal on a 2017 Volvo xc60 demo, I had been searching for 4 months on the right vehicle for me. The lease was very seamless, The Xc60 is a excellent suv, and a good step up from my 2007 s40, i would highly recommend any one looking for a high quality dealer ship please make Culver City Volvo a priority on their list.

As usual, Culver City Volvo stands out in Customer Service! Especially my Service Rep Martin Munoz! Fast, Efficient and most of all excellent Customer Service! All the way from accommodating loaner cars to Washing my car after the services are completed.
The service department went above and beyond my expectations. As always the service was done in a timely manner. Everything was explained to me ahead time and was called about additional service needed. I was also happy that a was supplied with a curtesy vehicle.8
I really appreciated the service representative going over the bill with me, explaining what needed to be done and what my options were. I also greatly appreciated the free Hertz rental car so that I could leave and pick up my car when it was ready the next day, rather than being trapped for several hours.
I was very pleased with the service I received at Culver City Volvo. Hector was very friendly and helpful and the drop off/pick-up was very efficient.
