I was able to set up the appointment for a convenient time. The service people were very courteous. I received a call when my car was ready for pickup.
There is a Volvo dealer much closer to me, but, I always take my care to Culver City Volvo, because I trust Martin to always give me the best information and the best care.
My experience with Culver City Volva was super easy and fast. I pulled up and every person I encountered was friendly and helpful. They led me through the service details and had me my car the same day.

I find Martin helpful, patient and informative. I had to leave a couple of message on voice and he responded and was able to fulfill the request for service for me. I always have a great experience with Martin in service. The work performed is always completed in a timely manner and Martin always takes great care of the vehicle, always professional and accommodating.
I love this place. It is quite a long drive from my home but well worth it. I have always been treated like I am their only concern. I went there for my first 10,000 mile check. I was expecting to have to hang out there all day. But they gave me a rental car and I went home and returned the next day. It was truly wonderful and I won't dread my visit next year.
