From intake, to reception, to service rep, to shuttle service, and cashier, I received outstanding customer service. Thank you all! I really appreciate the communication and heads up on services that will be needed in the near future.
I can't say enough positive words about my recent experience Culver City Volvo. Martin Munoz, the Service Advisor was helpful, efficient and friendly. He offered me a loaner car for free, which made it possible to me to do some work while my car was being serviced. I was called when the car was ready. A free car wash was provided. Flo stopped me and asked me if I had any problems or suggestions. All in all a pleasant experience. And my Volvo runs great!
Regular service, very easy to schedule and done on time! And the best part free except for tire rotation, $24 should be included but not going to complain.
I brought my 9 year old XC90 in for scheduled maintenance and a few other problems. I was given an estimate for the work and a loaner car. Later in the day Martin called to tell me of some other problems that had been found, an estimate for that work, and the safety priority for each job. I was tended to immediately and taken care of. I was given a loaner which made my day easier. My car was finished by the end of the day, but it wasn't a great time for me to pick it up and I was told I could pick it up in the morning. It was a very pain free car service day and made me very happy! Culver City Volvo is the best!!!! I would highly recommend them and especially Martin Munoz.
Thank you for taking care of my Volvo for the past three years. I drive from Pasadena, California for service. Yes service is what I receive when I go to Culver City Volvo, the Service staff are always friendly and helpful. Small concern my interior of my car is fabric, color cream. Unfortunatley the service crew set in the passenger side and the car seat had black stains. Mr. Jeremy was suprise when he drove my car to the front of Service, He promised to detail my car on Saturday and apoligize for the inconvenience.
I found my experience with the service department to be excellent including the cashier department...both were courteous, efficient, pleasant, caring. I value the time and concern about my vehicle and my wellbeing.
Thank you to Martin Munoz, Hector, Flo, Jorge (George) and the entire CCV staff for a job well done! My car is driving like a dream! She's driving smoothly, and I feel so safe. My car arrived on time and she was sparkling-she was so clean! Thanks to Martin Munoz for being the best service advisor ever.
Given that it's priced too high for what is done, all was handled well. Well run and friendly .. Does offer discounts on service. That's all.
