The service center at this Volvo Dealer is great. I have only had good experiences with them. However the Sales Dept was not one of my favorite.
I had my 50k service done at the dealership recently. The technicians are always super friendly and quick to go through any issues they find with the car while still providing a good explanation. They're also great about keeping you up to date while you wait.
Service rep Martin called with updates and arranged a pickup when car was ready (right on time as indicated at check-in). Culver Volvo one of the few Volvo dealership with a coupon for maintenance service! The property is undergoing construction, but access to the service bay was fine.
I have purchased my second Volvo through the Costco Referral system to Culver City Volvo. In both instances the service was excellent.The sales person, Rosie Malid, was very knowledgeable and worked hard to find and secure the Volvo we wanted. Eventually she had to secure a car from another dealer. The Volvo was delivered to our home in Thousand Oaks along with all the paperwork to sign. Great people, great deal! Gave them the terms of a deal we had with another Volvo dealershipa nd they matched and improved on it - all very friendly too.
I really like the folks at Culver City Volvo. They are honest and will give you a fair assessment. They don't pad the bill by adding unnecessary repairs to the list. I travel from Santa Monica to Culver City even though there is a dealership in Santa Monica because I trust this dealership. Have some work tomorrow and they have promised a loaner while my car is in the shop.
Great service! Free loaner car.when I left my car for service it was very dirty. When I picked it up the service center had given it a nice car wash!
everything went smoothly and was an enjoyable experience - pretty good communication via email to start the deal and great in person salesmanship as well as post sale follow up.
