I've been getting my Volvo's serviced at Culver City Volvo for more years than I care to reveal. I live some distance away and traffic getting there is not fun, but it's worth it to get the kind of service that Culver City provides. Martin and Flo in service are the very best.
This is the second Volvo I have purchased from this dealership. Very professional sales and credit departments. Easy and hassle free buying experience. They made sure I had all my questions answered before driving off the lot and they never made me feel pressured or rushed.

My review is based on the people and service provided. Tony Tehrani and his assistant Richard were fantastic. Tony found the exact car I was looking for within 1 day and had it brought to Los Angeles the very next business day. I feel that I was treated fairly and got a good deal. I am quite happy with Culver City Volvo and of course with my shiny new XC60!
My new s60 broke down in Saturday and got it towed to culver city volvo. Martin is always the best he helped me and just take care of everything including rental car in such a short time

I can't say enough positive words about my recent experience Culver City Volvo. Martin Munoz, the Service Advisor was helpful, efficient and friendly. He offered me a loaner car for free, which made it possible to me to do some work while my car was being serviced. I was called when the car was ready. A free car wash was provided. Flo stopped me and asked me if I had any problems or suggestions. All in all a pleasant experience. And my Volvo runs great!
Regular service, very easy to schedule and done on time! And the best part free except for tire rotation, $24 should be included but not going to complain.
