They are excellent communicators, the dealership is very clean, everyone is polite and helpful. I switched service departments to Culver City Volvo, even though there is a dealership much closer to my home and I have been happy I did.

Very pleasant experience. The service person that prepared my paperwork did an outstanding job. My only suggestions is consider charging plugins while on your lot. Would be a nice touch if the battery had been recharged.

Josh and the entire service department are TRULY world class!!! We had an issue with our XC90 come up on a Friday afternoon before the Labor Day Holiday this year and Josh was able to get us a loaner for the 3 day weekend and fix the issue immediately the following business day. We are so satisfied and will continue to only work with Culver City Volvo Cars!!
