David was great to work with in the service department. Really nice and explained everything to me. Theres other volvo service depts closer to me, but i’ll drive further just to get to culver city volvo because theyre so good and i trust them
Joshua provided customer service that was beyond. He pinpointed the issue with then brakes on my car, and had them serviced under warranty and in a timely manner. He deserves both a raise and a promotion!
The part I needed for my car was not delivered timely and they went to another dealership to retrieve it so I could get my car back as promised. I’m very pleased.

My new google system was glitching and my update wasn’t available yet to do on my own. I called the dealership and let them know my car was having issues. They got me in right away and fixed the issues and gave me the latest software update. Part of the new update is displaying the navigation in the center, somewhat the same as my 2021 Pre-google car. I love the new update and my new car. Thank you David and Rudy for always taking care of my car.
Josh is always so efficient and friendly. I always know my car is in great hands when I leave it at Culver City Volvo.
