Dealt with power generation servicing department on a large contract. Always slow responses, having to constantly chase up in order to get contracted work completed or a response.

Never have I actually been invoiced the quoted amount, always get a run around they flash 1 invoice in your face to make it seem they are helping you and the second invoice is always blown out from the original quote, when I questioned it the first thing "the sales manager" said was to provide a us with their written quote which was never offered to me by the sales team. Absolutely disgraceful. Don't get robbed by them go somewhere else.
