Recently had 1,000-hour service done on RV generator before heading out on a road trip. 5 weeks later, and 7 states away, a hose clamp let loose and emptied the coolant. Had to go several hundred miles out of my way for repairs. As I was ill at the time, it made for an extremely uncomfortable time.
Motorhome disabled by stop engine light. James the service manager was amazing. He was able to be creative in scheduling and expedite things as much as humanly possible. 🙏
Bobtailed over from the Flying J about 6 miles north of their shop for a DPF problem, Gary and the others were a pleasure to work with. They didn't have the part in stock, so it was shipped over to them the next morning. The truck was ready when they said it would be. Great crew. Would highly recommend.
Great guys to work with. Went the extra mile to fix my RV problems and and gave me what I consider a very reasonable bill. Can't ask for more than that.
