RV Owners beware! Completely incompetent with basic services. My Tiffin is only 5 years old. I maintain my Allegro and never miss a recommended service. For the past 5 years I had a local generator repair company do a yearly tuneup using factory parts and recommended tuneup kit by Cummins for my Onan generator. Never an issue and unit ran perfectly. They never answered the phone .. just sitting in there office to collect free money
We had a very positive experience getting our generator on our fifth wheel repaired at this location and would be happy to do service here again in the future.
Every now an again you have a experience with company that is simply the way it should be. We had an appointment for service on our generator, we dropped it off, it was worked on and complete 3 hours later. Al in service was friendly and professional. Definitely will use them again for service on our unit. Thank you!
DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! the service rep. will sweet talk you and tell you that a whole motor swap takes them only 3-4 days but reality is that it takes them 3-4 days to answer the phone. They had my truck for a month and a half before they even figured out the problem and charged me $2000. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO BAD THAT I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CUMMINS PRODUCT AGAIN! also the parts department is just as bad they tell you your parts will be there the next day but it took 6 days!
