Took coach in for an emissions problem, asked them to be sure to turn off all the electrical and inverter switches to protect the brand new house batteries ( $2500) they never did and ruined the batteries. Coach was dead when I went to pick it up. They also broke the ignition switch.. I told them they needed to replace the batteries.. they agreed, but 3 days later when I called to check status I found out they sent the batteries to be recharged. I had a over heating problem with my onan generator,,code 33, took it to them to fix,, 8 15 25. $408 dollars later they said not today because you need a radiator flush and themasat, and maybe sending unit!!! Can do next week!! I was in town for a funeral and couldn't do, so I payed the bill(I already new it was overheating but now it was the radiator)????? I got home and finally got to getting it fixed. RV Owners beware! Completely incompetent with basic services. My Tiffin is only 5 years old. I maintain my Allegro and never miss a recommended service. For the past 5 years I had a local generator repair company do a yearly tuneup using factory parts and recommended tuneup kit by Cummins for my Onan generator. Never an issue and unit ran perfectly. Every now an again you have a experience with company that is simply the way it should be. We had an appointment for service on our generator, we dropped it off, it was worked on and complete 3 hours later. Al in service was friendly and professional. Definitely will use them again for service on our unit. Thank you!
DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! the service rep. will sweet talk you and tell you that a whole motor swap takes them only 3-4 days but reality is that it takes them 3-4 days to answer the phone. They had my truck for a month and a half before they even figured out the problem and charged me $2000. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO BAD THAT I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CUMMINS PRODUCT AGAIN! also the parts department is just as bad they tell you your parts will be there the next day but it took 6 days!
