Great place to source all sorts of filters for any brand of equipment. Excellent pricing for farmers with a program that they are running with FNA. Getting your filter numbers cross referenced into fleetguard/cummins numbers before you get there will speed things up a bunch!

I called in looking for some direction on upgrading our generator. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and condescending even when answering simple questions. Customer service goes a long way and even though their products are great, they could still improve how they interact with people.

I called with battery issues Cummins batteries still under warranty. I got told because I couldn’t get there till 3pm there was nothing they could do. Apparently they can’t change a set of batteries in an hour and a half. There’s no service in this industry anymore all they wine about is what time they go home and how hard they work. I’ve been running Cummins engines for over 35 years I can’t believe how down hill the service has went but when comes to money they sure think there time is valuable.
