I worked with Tim the manager and Jesse the mechanic in August, 2023. Diagnosing the problem was tough but Jesse is very knowledgeable and competent and was able to identify the ECM as the problem. He had my rig running again as quickly as possible. Tim and Jesse kept me informed all along the way on what they were seeing and charged a reasonable price for the parts and labor. I can’t recommend these guys enough. They are top notch in their field.
We had traveled 7000 miles in a meandering route from San Antonio, Texas to Fairbanks when I did a very stupid thing. Maybe not in the top 10 of the most stupid things I have done, but in the top 40 for sure. I put gasoline in my diesel motorhome!! It was half full with diesel so the mixture was about 1:1. I didn't realize what I had done until I had driven 200 miles and parked in an RV park in Fairbanks before it wouldn't start. Stopped in with a generator problem with my RV. Tim and Mike sorted it out in no time and got me back on the road. Great!
