Memorial Day weekend. Saturday. Cummins proprietary part. Tyler was working on his personal vehicle, he called Mike, delivered the part. Their competition in Williston wanted a $200 call out fee. Many thanks gentlemen!
DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! Cummins recommended a coolant flush on my ISL 8.9, but did not remove all of the flush and left water in my radiator system. Cummins coolant is premixed and if done properly will last 100,000 miles. In 2 years my turbo actuator rusted and failed. If the flush were done properly rust would not have been able to form in the system. Cummins refused any responsibility. Do not use this shop!
It’s hard to express how terrible Minot NPower is - suffice to say that giving them even 1 star seems generous. When you walk in the door the frowns seem to get longer and the difficulty of serving you, the customer begins. Parts availability, and capability to find what you’re looking for, is extremely limited. By far the worst customer service anywhere you get truck parts. DO NOT STOP HERE! Don should not be in customer service, put him in the warehouse. Don does not want to lift a finger, he is completely lazy. Don is a grouch every time I walk in this place. Don does not believe in fair business practices, he wants favors from everyone but will give nothing in return, very selfish.
Great place to load and unload, big rebuilt engines to run oil rigs and big generators, great service and nice people
