These guys and gals are amazing. My new generator came in faster than quoted, so when I got the call it was in, I could not clear my schedule to come in for a month. The next morning my generator took its last breath and died. Clearing my schedule for me because I can't work without a generator. Pulled in here today with no appointment on a busy Friday afternoon. Our refer will not switch over to gas and we're waiting on a part. Then our generator goes out. We may lose everything in the freezer and fridge. They can't work on our rig and are booked out 6 to 8 weeks. All the camp grounds around here are full. Honest and quick service, highly recommend!
The reason for going to Cummins was to find out why our truck lacked power in the lower gears. In 15 minutes we got a diagnosis, the turbo actuator was bad. A little more than we thought but it had to be fixed. The price was fair, the techs are very knowledgeable and the staff very friendly. The job was done quickly and efficiently.
