We have had good experiences with Cummins GJ techs and personnel. They have an involved tech training system and have a lot of knowledge and service some of the best equipment in a variety of categories.
I had the fuel pump replaced on my onan microlite generator. It was running when I left but wouldn't start the next time I tried it. I brought it back and after looking at it, they said it could be a bad fuel pump that they put in or the control board. I asked if they could test the fuel pump without taking it out from under my back bumper and they told me no. They said it would be over $300 if it wasn't the fuel pump. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and excellent work on our Airstream Interstate received at Cummins Grand Junction. After being run off the road at a section of the highway that was under construction late last night, I was sure that we had scraped (or worse) the generator. After that the gen wouldn’t even “turn over”. We located this Cummins dealership and drove to it so we could be here at opening. Was on a trip with my RV from Southern CA to Breckinridge CO and unfortunately my RV hydraulic pump which runs the cooling fans went out. This was not planned and even though they had a long backlog they got my RV in to find the issue. This issue could not be readily fixed and unfortunately I had to just leave the RV and head back home.
