This place is great! Donald was our service tech and he was awesome. After calling a bunch of places to fix our generator in Ottawa without getting any help, I left a message at this shop and Donald returned my call and set up an appointment in the same week. When we arrived, Donald took our keys and started working on it right away. He found the problem and fixed it in a very short time.
